relevant new myths that educate as they thrill.

Dan Goldman

Co-President & Executive Producer

Creator of critically-acclaimed works like SHOOTING WAR, RED LIGHT PROPERTIES and the PRIYA'S SHAKTI series, Dan has created stories and artwork for AMC Television, Wired, Random House, BBC Radio 4, Time Magazine, Hachette Books, Foreign PolicyEntertainment Weekly and New York Magazine. He founded Kinjin Inc. with to build fictions that address specific issues in collaboration with activist organizations who then take his work into the field where it can have the most impact. He lives in Los Angeles.

Liliam M. Higa

Co-President & Creative Director

Liliam's first love of visual storytelling is deepened by years of exploration into artisan craftsmanship, wellness, culinary techniques and cultural exploration. After studying fashion design from the Faculdade Santa Marcelina in São Paulo, Liliam took her NYC-based jewelry line Lillot onto magazine covers and into music videos. She brings this same deliberate hand in both narrative and visual design to the creative direction of all Kinjin's projects. She is based in Los Angeles.

Naomi Ranz-Schleifer

Lead Strategist

As a producer, creative catalyst and strategist for films and interactive media, Naomi has built created works addressing human trafficking, opiate addiction, identity politics, including the Emmy-winning {The AND} and the Sundance-winning Dreamcatcher. She holds a Masters of Public Health in Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Michigan and degrees in International Relations and Biology from Johns Hopkins University. She is based in New York City and rural Vermont.
